FAI Soccer Blitz

On Thursday the 12th of April, 5th and 6th class attended the FAI Soccer Blitz in New Ross. The event was held at the New Ross Celtic soccer club. We entered two boys’ teams and one girls’ team. Friendship Week

This week in SHNS we are celebrating Friendship week. We have lots of activities planned including ‘Secret Friend’ activity. Each child will draw from a hat a friend from their class. They will have to be secretly extra nice to this person. At the end of this week we will all draw and paint portraits of our secret friend. Lots of fun is promised….

Active School Week

Electricity Fun

Hurling 365

2nd, 3rd and 4th Class had a great session with Wexford Hurling Development Officer Shane O’Hanlon just before our Easter Break. Thanks to Shane and all the volunteer coaches and teachers who continue to start their days early in order to help the children develop their hurling and camogie skills.
