5th class: Our wonderful work

The children really enjoyed reading this book as it has many different emotions and a variety of characters. Rumble in the Jungle in Junior and Senior Infants!

Junior and Senior Infants have been having lots of fun learning about the jungle. We’ve enjoyed reading lots of jungle themed stories and exploring the different jungle animals and their habitats. Junior Infant Art

Junior Infants have been having lots of fun learning about different types of homes. We read the story of The Three Little pigs and really enjoyed trying out our lovely oil pastels and water colours in Art to create some pictures from the story. Check out their fantastic work!  

Junior Infants Fun!

The Junior Infants have had a great first term in school. They have been learning lots of new things, and are enjoying all aspects of school. We love Aistear time. This term our topics have been The Hospital, The Dentist, The farm in Autumn and Halloween, and we have enjoyed learning about them.

Fun in the garden!

The Junior Infants are having great fun learning about soil and how plants grow. We loved learning about the water cycle and where the rain comes from. We are very lucky to have Michael visiting our school and teaching us more about this.
